A Trip To Bugis

today,
school started and ended early.
we only have bio practical.

after that me, Jannah and Raidah headed for Bugis.
once we reached, we thought of eating first.
but once we reach, the coffee shop, we decided to eat at 12 pm cos we wanted to sit upstairs. lol!

we ate at this coffee shop opposite Bugis Junction.
Jannah and Raidah ate wanton noodle.
I ate fishball chicken minced noodle.
very nice!
then while eating, we saw Yatassha, Rabiah and Ashraf.
and we bumped into them again when we're at Bugis Village and Bugis Junction. haha!

the clothes at Bugis are nice that I was so tempted to buy. haha!
and just now was so called my first time drinking at Starbucks.
I don't know what I drink.
but it's very nice. haha!

SBL (simulated-based learning) was fun!
me, Sherman, Ivy and Shidah volunteered ourselves to do it.
me, Sherman and Ivy were the nurses and Shidah was the sister.
we're given this situation where by the patient is having a fever, cough, breathlessness, etc.
and we must react to the mannequen (I don't know it's spelled. haha!).
it's a great experience although I was a bit blur. haha!

yesterday's session was okay.
I was quite hype in the beginning.
but I hypeness disappeared all of a sudden.
I must really train hard mann!
no point saying it, but I must implement it.
and furthermore, Floorskillz Inter-School is coming.
most probably I'll be joining.
woooohoooo!
and I have a new cap!
Jaydn got it for us.
it's blue in colour and it's quite difficult to match with some of my clothes.

guess what,
I've finished reading one of my library books. haha!
it took me weeks to finish it.
the title is A Love Story.
it's a gooood story.
one thing I've learned is that,
'LOVE IS NOT ABOUT SAYING THAT YOU'RE SORRY.'
since when I became so sentimental? haha!

today, I came to school with a lethargic look on my face.
and I'm almost late.
I have no idea why I came to school on time when I woke up so early. hehhs.
anyways, we only have 2 lessons today, nursing lab and bio lecture.
today's nursing lab was interesting.
we did CPR and choking.
as for bio, it's just like usual lecture we had.

tomorrow will be my last presentation for the semester.
the more stressful part is that I'm gonna do the stimulated-based learning.
the scenario is so complicated.
I need to refresh my memory again.
and my semestral exams is in less than 2 weeks time.
OMG!

I feel that I'm dressing up a bit different than usual nowadays when I go to school.
usually, I'll wear my cap because I think that my hair sucks. haha!
but now I think I look better without my cap but it's a bit messy at times especially when it's thick.
I'm also being more particular about what I wear to school.

DS' trip to a church

today, the crew went to Payar Lebar Methodist Church.
to watch Herman's dance performance.
before the performance, there're worships and prayers.
so we have to respect them.
but anyways, their dance performance was nice.
the music played also nice.
but I can't sing it as it's a worship song.

after that, me, Iz, Shasi and Jaydn went to Hougang Mall.
we ate at LJS.
we talked lots of crap and stuffs.

we then headed for the void deck opposite Hougang Mall.
we break for about 1 hour.
the feeling wasn't as great as breaking at Bakau.
as usual, every session, I'll battle Jaydn to challenge ourselves.
and Jaydn left after awhile.
when I was tired, I sat down and retie my fatlace.
Shasi and Iz laughed at me cos I retie my fatlace the same way when I wanna tie like Iz's shoe. LOL!
and the laughter continues. haha!

after that, we went to McDonald's to chill.
then Iz mentioned about my potential late-coming as I'm always late for session.
so I bought them McFlurry.
and the laughter continues.

I really don't know which part of me is funny. hehhs.
but I like to make people happy.

drama session was fun.
basically, today's session is about characterization and voice projection.
I like the warm-up games especially the 'whatcha doing?' game.
characterization games were quite tough especially the freeze game.
I got no idea what to do but in the end I acted like a gay. lol!
as for my voice projection, my voice is still soft.
I really need to work on it.

yesterday, school ends early.
so I went for Friday prayers after weeks of absence from the mosque. lol!
and luckily, Raidah and Jannah were models for the health assessment.
if not, they'll be waiting for me like mad because we planned to eat NASI AYAM PENYET as Raidah is desperate to eat it. haha!

after prayers, I headed for Orchard.
I reached quite early.
so I went into Topman.
the clothes there are nice.
I was even attracted to the sweater.
in the first place, I was asking myself whether I should buy the sweater or not.
so I decided to wait for Raidah's and Jannah's presence to ask for their opinion.
but I bought it in the end.
actually, I'm afraid to spend.
but I told myself that while saving money, there's no harm spending on things which I want because we need to live life and enjoy life to the fullest (but I won't forget about my religion. haha!)
wait, is there any link between saving money and enjoying life? haha!
and Jannah, thanks for not saying that I'm kental, for the first time although I agree that I'm kental at times.
you know what I mean? haha!

but anyways,
we ate at Lucky Plaza.
the nasi ayam penyet is nice.
but the sambal is so spicy that I finished up my drink even before finishing up my food. lol!

after eating,
Jannah and Raidah went to buy chocolate buscuits at Mark & Spencer.

after that,
we went to Kokikuniya (is that the right spelling? haha.)
Jannah bought some books with her 20 dollar voucher.
while waiting, I browsed through some books from Nicholas Sparks.
by the way, his books are gooood.
that's what I feel because I have just started thanks to Raidah, Jannah and Nurul.
but I took a long time to finish up a book.
and Rai and Jannah will be asking, "have you finished reading your book?" haha!

I then headed for Clarke Quay as we're gonna jam at Fourtones.
Jannah and Rai went somewhere else.
but I reached too early.
so I chill, listen to my mp3 and read my book for 45 minutes.
luckily I brought something to do.
if not, I'll be bored to death. lol!

yesterday's jamming session was okay.
but everyone screwed up. lol!
for 'Hell O', I played too fast. haha!
I like the sound of the drums I played yesterday.
but I have a minor swollen on my right leg because the paddle bounced back whenever I hit and I must try my best to avoid that bloody paddle from hitting my leg.

and now, I gotta find people.
I've considered some people already.

I play the drums because I love playing it and I'm trying to build up my skills.
if you think it's easy playing the drums, go and play.
play for me one full song with constant tempo.
you might think that it's easy, but it's not as easy as you think.
I thought you did that because I'm always busy.
if you said I'm always busy, I will agree with you because I am always busy with lots of stuffs.
but I was "surprised" that you said that behind my back.
I don't know whether it's just a sarcasm
but thank God you didn't choose me to play in your band.
but anyways, I'm more than happy to be the drummer of the Unnamed Fallen.

DS aka Bakau Rockers is the crew I'm in for the past few years.
it's all started with Iz who got to know that my bro was a also a bboy that time.
then he told me that it would be good if I learn bboying just like my bro did.
the crew started with only a few of us, Iz, Shasi, Wan, Joel, Fazly, Haikal and we welcome those who're interested in.
so during the sec 4 years, I'll go to the school hall during recess and sometimes after school, we'll go to the hall at Wan's block to break.
apart from that hall, Bakau is the place we've been breaking until now.
after the sec 4 Express students graduated, the crew really divide.
and after the division, I didn't remember how we got back together.
some of them stopped for a while and some not breaking anymore.
but along the way, me & Iz have breaked with quite a lot of people.
we even join SMC.
but then, we left.
and we even break at Compass Point with Little Empire, if I'm not mistaken.
there's where we got to know Jaydn and Joel.
and problems keep coming.
there're many occasions which have happened such as performances, battles and competitions.
I didn't remember some of it.
and now, DS is doing well.
DS, KEEP ROCKING BAKAU HARD!

I got no idea why I join StageArts Drama.
when I came for the Club Crawl, I saw lots of interesting CCA.
I saw soccer, Foreign Bodies, floorball, etc.
but Foreign Bodies and StageArts Drama attract my attention.
so I told myself, if I got into Foreign Bodies, I don't know if I would like to join Drama.
but in the end, I wasn't chosen for Foreign Bodies.
but I was chosen for Drama.
honestly speaking, I was quite hesitant to come after a few sessions.
I don't know why.
but as days past, I feel that Drama have built up my confidence.
and I've found a reason for joining Drama.
my reason is to learn new things, improve myself and build my confidence.
and I've really learn new things, improve myself and build my confidence through all the sessions and plays I've acted.

but we have 3 hours of break.

so we ate at North Canteen first.
after eating, I wanna on my lappy.
but I was unable to on it.
I took out my battery cos it's darn warm.
but it's okay when I charge.
I got no idea why the battery is low when I charged for quite long the day before.
after that problem was solved, I got another problem.
I must reconfigure again.
and I can't even configure it.
I wanna ask the IT person to configure for me.
but it's still early.
I don't know what's the f-ing matter with it.
but I was able to configure for some of my friends.
very strange.

we then headed for library.
me and Nurul watched a VCD which Shidah borrowed to me.
it's a Thai movie.
the show is scary and funny.
I'll give 2 thumbs up for it.
while watching the movie, Nurul made lots of noise that the person behind us was looking at us. lol!

today's session was okay.
but I was a bit slack than usual.
but I try to get my coindrop.
I did a few attempts.
when I got it, I'll lose it again.
I seriously can't slack.
the more I slack, the more lazier I become. haha!

just now after school, me, Raidah and Jannah went to Bishan National Library.
but before that, we went to Pizza Hut.
I think, that was my first time eating at local Pizza Hut.
the last time I went to Pizza Hut was when I was in Malaysia when I was still a young kid. lol!
I ordered something baked rice.
I not sure of the food's name. lol!
we then walk walk a bit and headed for the library.
Jannah recommended me to read Love Story by Erich Segal.
very interesting book.

after Raidah and Jannah left I thought of heading for home.
but in the end, I walk walk by myself.
I even bought a Hush Puppies 3/4 pants.
in the first place, I thought of buying a Converse shoe.
but I don't think there's a need to buy now.
it takes me quite a long time to choose the item I wanna buy. lol!

I got a D+ for my bio practical.
to me, it's an okay grade.
but at least I passed. hehhs.

I'm so worried for my simulated-based learning (SBL).
for nursing lab assessment, I did okay only.
and now I must apply some of the topic to the SBL.
but the advantage is that I'll not need to do it next time around.

just now was really my break-athon.
me and Iz break from 3 plus in the noon.

at around 6 pm, we thought of leaving.
but we went to Rivervale Mall first because I wanna check out something.
then Wan called if we still having session.
since he wants to have session, we came back to Bakau to break untill around 10 pm.
and cypher was awesome although we're quite lethargic.

drama session was nice!
we did element of blocking and creativity.
I've always been having difficulty in creativity.
but I really enjoy the walking game and the relaxation game.
anyways, audition for roles for annual production will be held in around March.
I don't know if I could get the main role.
if I get the main role I'll be amazed with myself.
if not, I don't mind getting minor roles.
do TMT stuffs also can.

Deafcon 9 was awesome!
but the sad thing is that yesterday was the last time Richard will be playing with VL because of some stuffs.
VL really rawked the stage mann.
and they've always been awesome on stage.
they've also been a great help to my band too.
talking about my band, my band name is UNNAMED FALLEN (UNM).
we'll now just remain as 3 piece if I'm not mistaken.
and actually, I feel a bit awkward because I jam and break.
but nahh, what's important is that I enjoy what I'm doing.

session have always been great!
but guys, I'm really sorry if I always come late for session. hehhs.
we have a 3-on-3 friendly battle.
they're trying to make me angry because in a battle, you must have ATTITUDE!
but it's difficult to see me angry when it comes to this kind of thing.

the time according to my watch is 8 am.
people must be wondering why I'm updating my blog early in the morning. haha!

I'm more relieved right now because I passed my health assessment.
I got the topic which I didn't really study, HEENT.
I got a moderate pass. YAY!
I really have no idea why, for the clinical lab assessment & health assessment, I picked the topic and scenario which I don't wanna choose. haha!
but anyways, right now, I must be physically and psychologically prepared for my last presentation, semestral exams and clinical posting. haha!

after that health assessment,
I accompanied Raidah to City Hall.
she wanted to get a birthday present for her friend.
the present she's giving to her friend is nice.
I also thought of buying a jeans for myself at Peninsular Plaza.
but there's no size for the pants I wanted. LOL!
after that, we had our so called lunch.

yesterday's jamming session was cooool!
we played of our originals and cover of a few songs.
but we really concentrate more on our originals.
credits to Faz for the lyrics for one of our originals, 'HELL O'.
for the originals, most of the drumbeat I made was so called a random one.

once in a while tyco nevermind, but don't always. LOL!

last Wednesday,
I got a call from one of the lecturer who asked me if I would like to come along for a trip to Cambodia to do some community stuffs.
I'm so called interested in going.
but they only choose a few people only, I think.
so I wasn't chosen.
but it's okay.
I can spend more time with my friends, right Nurul? haha!
then furthermore, orientation is coming.
I'm so excited! haha!

Thursday's session was great!
we cyphered for 1 hour. haha!
and for now, I need to sharpen my moves and learn a few new stuffs to make my sets doper.

relieved for 1 day..

the practical wasn't that difficult.
i didn't really study much actually.
but i'm so called relieved for a day because my health assessment is this Friday.

after the test, went to North Canteen to eat.
surprisingly, the food i bought was only 1 buck.

i don't know i'm so budget this few days.
haha!

after the break was psychology tutorial.
Eunice's group turn to present.
they did the topic on 'attachment & social relationships'.
very interesting topic.

after that was break.
the 3Hs and i went to the library.
we browsed through the books to wait for the time to past.

we then have a briefing regarding the clinical posting to the polyclinic.
followed by HS1089 lecture.

yesterday was quite an interesting day.
i can't believe that i skipped HS1088 lecture.
LOL!

anyways,
psychology lecture was fun!
we did about 'death & dying'.

today,
school as usual.
nothing much happened.
but i was a bit late from usual.
and the bus was darn pack.
i got no idea why was the bus packed compare to other normal days.

anyways,
first lesson was nursing lab.
we did infant bathing.
then i was told to demonstrate to the class.
i was shivering during the demonstration.
LOL!
but at least i have a rough idea how to do it although i'm not going to the infant's ward.
after that was bio lecture and followed by a break.
during the break,
Nurul & Raidah finished up their orientation shirt's design.
after the break was Mandarin elective.
we only have presentation for that period and we're released.
so me, Nurul & Raidah went to see Mr Syed regarding the design.
for the design, we did it on a paper when we're supposed to do it on computer.
so we have no choice but to get help from Syafiq.
hopefully, their hardwork will not go down the drain.

yesterday's jamming session was great although it's a 3 piece.
we played 'Broken Dream', Prosthetic Heart', 'Dammit', 'Seven Nation Army' and 'Don't Drag Me Down'.
drumming is fun!

NYP Open House!

NYP open house is over!
3 days past so fast.
i miss those fun i've had for the past 3 days.
the performances were GREAT!
i like the Foreign Bodies' dance performance especially the locking part.
it's so dope that i feel like learning it.
i also miss seeing people coming to the open house.

as for my drama performance,
yesterday's was the best compared to the first 2 days.
on that Friday, we didn't gave much energy and the seniors were disappointed with us.
but after they guided us, we listened to what they said, and i hope we did our best.
a few people said i've improved in my acting although sometimes i feel like it's the same.
but honestly, drama have helped me to build up my self-confidence and self-esteem.

after everything's over,
Shankar treated us McFlurry.
in the first place, we just asked for ice cream cone.
but there wasn't anymore ice cream cone.
LOL!
it's so nice of him to treat us.

after that, i rushed for session.
i brought my bro along.
i was too tired that i got angry with myself.
furthermore, i'm still having muscle cramps thanks to the push-up record thingy.
LOL!
anyways, like Iz said, i need to learn more moves.
more floorrocks and roll backs.
yeah!

next week is gonna be stressful for me.
i need to present my HS 1089 article on infection control but i haven't even find a single information.

yesterday's drama performance for my school's open house was okay.
i'm glad that Raidah, Jannah & Nurul watched my performance.
Jannah said that it's funny because i didn't scratch my nose like i use to when i step fierce. LOL!
but anyways, i got to perform 4 more times.
today twice & tomorrow twice.

after my performance, i smsed them to thank them for waiting and watching.
but Raidah was unhappy that Nurul got the sms first. LOL!
anyways, they've been a great buddies of mine.

after that, i went for session.
the cypher was dope.
because i so called battled Jaydn.
all my sets are very random and i don't have any sets.
but i like my last set.
although i don't know what i'm doing. LOL!
anyways, Ms Sarah gave us Ferero Roche and a movie ticket for those who performed on 30th Dec last year.
the movie ticket will be reserved for the movie, Iron Man.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

when we're packing our stuffs, we saw a girl walking.
then Shasi shouted, "Stella!"
but we didn't even know the girl.
the girl then approached us.
Jaydn then asked the girl whether she knows him.
i was like WTH!
then Jaydn told her to add him on Friendster.
and the girl really gave him her e-mail.
and you know what?
her name is reall Stella.
i got no idea what power Shasi is using. LOL!

lastly,
i hope i can live my life as per normal.

live life to the fullest.

one presentation for HS 1088 is over!
but coming up is my bio practical and health assessment.
so stressed up because i haven't really started study.
i must start studying NOW!

after school, i had drama rehearsal for the open house.
i wasn't able to do it that well just now.
but yesterday was quite good.
i hope i can do it better for tomorrow's rehearsal and the actually performances.

after that, i rushed to Bakau.
Iz told me that they having battle.
but by the time i reached, the battle was over.
lots of bboys from FTC, Fuyo, etc were there.
i was like WTH!
i don't understand why were there so many bboys coming down just to battle the 4 of them.
i don't think there's a need to do so.

from now on,
i don't wanna dwell on my problems so much.
i wanna live life as per normal.
i really hope my problem will make me stronger.
i wanna be happy and cheerful.
i wanna live life to the fullest!

finally,
my mandarin elective test & presentation is over.
the test was suck.
i got no idea what i'm shading also. haha!
as for the presentation, we have a bit of miscommunication.
i don't wanna talk about it.
but overall, we did okay.
and i really need to brush out my pronunciation. haha!

on 10, 11 & 12 Dec,
NYP will be having an open house.
i'll be involved in the drama performance.
not even a single word of script must be memorised.
that's the best part.
but i must really polish up a bit.

tomorrow is my HS1088 presentation.
i haven't really prepare my speech.
LOL!

frustrations are hunting me..

hello people!

came back from Bishan National Library a few hours ago to do the shirt design with Raidah and Nurul.
I didn't do much stuffs.
I did design some of mine but it's too simple and common.
Raidah's design is very nice.
I'll be more than happy if our design was chosen.
while designing, I was frustrated about certain things.
but I mustn't be that way.

after that, we headed to LJS.
Nurul wanted to go Pizza Hut but there's no student offer during weekends.
so poor thing. LOL!
then at LJS, I was also frustrated about something.
but I shouldn't be that way.
then suddenly Nurul talked about something which only a few people should know.

tomorrow is my Mandarin presentation.
I'm not really prepared for it.

firstly,
I would like to wish everyone a HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR!
LOL!

there're many things happened for the past few days.
as you all know school have started a few days ago.

last Wednesday & Thursday,
me, Raidah, Nurul, Jannah, Shidah and some of the mentors helped in the packing of goodie bags.
we get a free McDonald's meal for the 2 days because we've helped.

last Wednesday,
was my group's Psychology presentation.
I think we did okay.
everyone did their part.
that's good.

last Thursday,
was my retest for my Nursing Lab Skills.
I passed but I didn't really did quite well.
I got oxygen therapy and medication.
oxygen therapy was good.
but I flung my medication thanks to the 3 checks and that ascorbic acid.
Ms Lydia even said that I didn't pay attention in class.
hello, please la!
I did, okay!
but I'm just the type who's a bit slow to absorb compare to the rest.
if you don't understand me, I don't blame you for it.

last Friday after school,
me, Raidah and Jannah went to Bishan LJS to eat.
we then headed to Bishan National Library.
I borrowed a book entitled, 'A Brother's Price'.
it's quite an interesting book.
by the way, I have no idea since when I like to read books. LOL!

yesterday was the most busiest day.
I was out since morning and I came back at 11 plus at night.

in the morning,
I went to meet Raidah in school to do our project.
we're done with our slides but we just need to send to our dear leader, Angela.

I then rushed for Drama.
I only played 1 game because I was late.
oops.. I now remembered that I need to send e-mail to Anjana to tell the my reason for being late. LOL!
after Drama, some of us went to McDonald's to eat.

I then went to jam at Boon.
it've been weeks since I last touched the drums.
we played okay.
we so called clear the song, 'Letters To You'.
by the way, it's quite tiring to play the drums although it's fun.

I then went for session.
I didn't break much yesterday.
but we did cyphered.
during cypher, my moves were all like hmmmm..
you should know what I mean.
anyways, I wanna get my 'roll' and 'roll back to elbow' perfect.
yeah baybeh!

Raidah ask for it.
but I can't get it for her anywhere.
hmmmmm.
